These two articles are representative of what has appeared lately. !t?e hear from all quarters that th'e i&flrabers b congress are ail in favor of the movement or are interested, but have yi-'t fted the first member <#io has raised any opposition to the same since the ciif' ferent states interested passed legislation granting H tght to try national government to acquire title. The movement seems to he in the best possible shape,
