Journal) ponaed mo last evening that h~ had cent one of hit reporters to in- tervi~u Speaker Henderson regarding the Appalachian National Parle movement. Speaker Henderson informed the reporter that uhile he was in fuvcr of the movement, he nevertheless, wanted it distinctly understood that be absolutely would net allow this Park biH to come up in th* House at this short session of Congress, giving as his reason that there were so many important natters before the House that it. would be impossible to reach this, Th« name of the reporter who interviewed Speaker Hender son was O'Brien.
