  • Dear Leonard Jan. 14 1936 Things seem to be coming to a head. Stanley’s findings are - you must go to the Bureau of Copyrights & Patents & find out under what name the copy- right was issued. If it was issued to Outing, we are safe to reprint, as there is no Outing Corporation & hence nobody to sue. If all rights were purchased by one firm or corporation, we must deal with them. Perhaps a copy of the magazine would tell in what name the C.T. was issued, but if you have time, (it would make the question less questionable) to go to the Bureau it would make me feel more secure. You know I am a mighty timid person when it comes to business. I am all packed to go to Masonville expecting to go today. Another long distance
