  • comes the lucky part: the man who speaks with Athena, & the only one who speaks with her, is the King of Thoas played by a man with a voice between a clap of thunder & the crack of doom, and the two active contestants for the role had high soprano voices, so that when he finished speaking they couldn’t be heard at all! Of course my old fog--‐horn swarmed out as usual so that it sounded like we were having a hog--‐calling contest. Harry said I could go and that I would hear the final results tomorrow (this morning). Well, I went from there
