February 21st, 1928 Horace Kephart Bryson City, North Carolina Dear Mr. Kephart:- I was particularly interested in your request for a copy of Ed Cave's Handbook,;"How to Sleep Comfortably Out of Doors." I may be mistaken, of course, but I have an idea that you are the Horace Kephart who wrote "Camping and 77oodcraft" and those other splendid books on the qut of doors. Ed Cave, by the way, considers you one of the best authorities on camping, and if you know him at all, yon know that he has a very poor opinion of most so-called authorities. I'm glad to send you a copy of the Handbook, and would like very much to have your comment on it. Also, if you are interested in Air Beds at this time, let me know what your requirements are, and I will see if I can't save you some money on them. jb/al Sincerely yours, <=^^^$sm$m RUBBER COM
