Because of the actions taken, it was the most important meeting in the whole history of Scouting. Under separate cover we have mailed you a copy of the Annual Report and invite special attention to my summary report of the activities of the whole Organization for the year. Please note that in the year 1928 there were 1,183,105 Scouts and Scout Officials registered as members.
