Item
?

Item’s are ‘child’ level descriptions to ‘parent’ objects, (e.g. one page of a whole book).

  • Senate Chamber, Raleigh, N. C., January 26th 1888. Capt. J. W. Terrill Webster N. C. My Dear Sir: I have been expecting a line from you for some days, and not having had any, I conclude that you have in some way forgotten about sending me the [Eager] note as you promised. Please send it and oblige. The Legislature has not done any thing yet that I regard of any real interest for the States benefit. No move has been made to push forward to work on the Western N. C. Rail Road, but I think within the next few days a bill will be introduced to increase the force on weekly line of the road, but what fate it will receive is hard to tell just now. Yours Truly, J. W. Cooper
