Dear Mr. Owens: The Provost Marshal General directs Lie to communicate with you regarding your son, Torpedoman's Mate Second Class Samuel R. Owens. The inclosed post card which was forwarded to this office by the Chief Dostal Censor will be of interest to you. It is requested that you forward the card to the addressee if her address is known to you. Based on the information appearing on your son's post card, the records in this office have been changed to indicate that he is now interned at Military Prison Camp #10-/1, Philippine Islands. Future correspondence should be addressed as follows: TM2C Samuel E. Owens, United States Prisoner of Bar, Military Prison Camp #1G-A, Philippine Islands, Via: Hew York, New York.
