In a letter to "Outing" editor Albert Britt, November 28, 1919, Horace Kephart expresses interest in having Britt send a staff member to meet with Mrs. Andrea to learn more about dehydrated foods, especially meats. Kephart would like to learn more about dehydrated foods and write about it in "Outing" or "All Outdoors".
