Craig Hargett

  • unca_faces-28.jp2
  • Portrait of Hargett wearing a flower mask. He chose to wear this because, "It's like hey! I'm alive! Let's smile! It is a testament to late night festivities, friends who are like family, and a commitment to not take life too seriously!" He moved to Asheville in 2005 for the mountains, community, and to attend Warren Wilson College. He stayed for the beauty, and because he feels alive and excited everyday. He participated in the project because he felt this was the reminder of agency and purpose the community needed.
