We would appreciate your evaluation of Mr. Frome's proposal for a Horace Kephart Memorial Center, with some background information on the nature^of the Kephart belongings which Mr. Frome says are located at park headquarters. Your thoughts on the possibility of developing the Memorial Center as "a gateway into the wilderness" will be most helpful in guiding further consideration of the proposal. Jackson E.
