Washington, D, C, ' My dear Mac: I have your very kind letter of November 9th, and if I come to Asheville on the 22nd I will certainly accept your kiad invitation and stop at the Battery Park Hotel. As to attending the meeting in question, I do not think now I will be able to attend it, but am unable to say positively. I am simply deluged with business, and am afraid I cannot afford to take the time to be personally at the preliminary meeting, as my presence is not absolutely essential, while at the same time I feel a great interest, as you are well aware, in anything that will pertain to building up or advertising Asheville and Western North Carolina. With kind regards, best wishes, and many thanks for your kind remembrance, I am, Very truly yours, Mr. E. P. McKissick, (Personal) Battery Park Hotel, Asheville, N. C. Mc
