  • X. The order of business at the annual conventions, and also at the meetings of the Executive Committee, shall be roll call, reading of the minutes, report of the Secretary and Treasurer, Report of standing Committees, report of Special Committees, unfinished business, miscellaneous and new business, adjournment. XI The Executive Committee shall have power to create and establish at all practicable points auxiliary branches of this Association, which shall become members of the TTat- ional Association. Each auxiliary shall pay ^jrf^by-cen-ts per member, as i^itrtrbaren- fee, and shall he entitled to five votes in the annual convention of the national Assoc rationj and five additional votes for every twenty-five members in excess of the first twenty-five. These auxiliaries shall have the same object and aim as the parent Association, and shall work under the direction and instruction of the Executive Com mittee of the Eational Association. XII. These by-laws may be amended at any annual conven- 4.
