  • the Committee. It shall have the power to do any and all things which it may deem for the good of the Association, just a.s the Association would or could do in annual convention. It shall elect a President and Secretary and Treasurer in the event of the death, resignation or removal of either of these officers. VII. The funds of the Association shall only he used for the legitimate business of the Association. Its funds shall he derived from -Jm4tiatioa. fees, contributions, etc. VIII. Any person, firm or corporation may become a mem- ber of this'Association upon the payment to the Secretary and Treasurer of-j&ne ■J3g33sa»fr as iaA-tJkfrticm fee. A A IX. There shall he appointed at each annual convention, or immediately thereafter, the following standing committees: A Committee on Membership; Committee on Ways and Means; Committee on Memorials and Petitions.
