Bill and Mary Ann Crowe
-
William "Bill" Crowe was a woodcarver and member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. He was brother to Amanda Crowe, who taught carving for many years at the Cherokee high school. William Crowe learned to carve from his uncles, Goingback Chiltoskey and Watty Chiltoskie and was a demonstrator at the Craftsman's Fair of the Southern Highlands.
