Outing Publishing Co. 1913 Cherokee Pamphlet Laura M. Kephart 1936 Mamma also has a copy of the contract with Macmillan Outing 1913 for the publication of Our Southern Highlanders. Also agreement from Macmillan accepting terms of said contract. Also she has following ^ enclosed letters from Macmillan: Feb. 8, 1940 regarding permission to [?] copyright on Sporting Firearms (which Macmillan owned) June 13, 1940 renewal copyright above duly registered, etc. March 4, 1940 _ Form she signed accepting 5% on all books sold for export. Explanation for same is adequate. The above is a complete list of all papers and/or letters that Mamma has (so far as I know) concerning her business association with Macmillan. She says
